The problem
Prime Deal Auto ran on WordPress and the site went down about once a month. Every outage meant lost visitors and missed enquiries for a dealership that depends on its website to sell cars.

Case study
From a slow WordPress site that kept going down to a fast dealership platform that finds buyers cars and tells the owner what is working.

Jet Cars was on WordPress. The site was slow, and it went down. For a dealership that is the worst combination: a buyer on a phone gives a slow page a few seconds, and a page that will not load sends them to the next listing.
There was also no clear picture of what visitors did. The owner could not see which cars got looked at, who clicked to contact the dealership, or where buyers dropped off.

A Johannesburg used car dealership live with its own brand and a fast, searchable stock site, built on a platform already proven at Jet Cars.

TJ Auto needed a website that could do the job of a sales floor: show the stock clearly, let buyers search it by make, model and price, and make it easy to get in touch. Building that from nothing is slow and expensive, and a dealership loses sales every week it is not online.
It also needed to look like TJ Auto and not like every other template dealership site.
Case study
A brand-new Bramley dealership launched with a web app that runs the business and an AI sales assistant that books test drives.

ADE Motors was starting from nothing. The owner did not want a brochure site with a phone number on it. He wanted one app he could run the dealership from: listing cars, handling the admin, and getting stock in front of buyers.
He also knew buyers message at all hours, and a small team cannot answer every question about every car. A buyer who waits for a reply tends to move on to the next dealer.
