How we work

• Built on AWS

  Our apps run on serverless AWS services, so there are no servers for us to patch or forget. Admin areas sit behind sign-in with Amazon Cognito.

• Built to POPIA

  We build to POPIA, the South African law on personal information. Callers are told when a call is recorded, and recordings are kept for a set period and then deleted. On Prime Deal Auto, recordings move to archive after 30 days and are deleted after a year.

• AI that stays in its lane

  Our AI assistants act only through a small set of checked tools. On ADE Motors, prices, promises and personal details are checked by code before a customer sees them, and the owner can review every chat.

• Limits against abuse

  Contact forms, chat and voice sessions are rate limited, and chat sessions use signed tokens that expire, so bots cannot run up costs or flood your team.

• Secure on the web

  Our site is served over HTTPS only, with security headers that block framing, content sniffing and unwanted browser features.

• Only what we need

  We collect only the details we need to reply to you or run your app, and we say how we use them in our privacy policy.
